I had to cancel my booking for Felix due to my holiday being cancelled at the end of April. To say I felt humbled is an understatement, Janet was so kind accepting my cancellation and totally understanding of the situation, obviously I offered to pay for the booking, she wouldn't hear of it. Thank you so much, I know it's a difficult time for all small businesses and we as your customers really appreciate you.

Just picked my cats up and I have to say the Cattery is warmer than my house. Couldn’t believe how warm they were. Previous Catteries I have used were just heated with a plug in mat. Won’t be going anywhere else now. Thank you so much. Excellent.

What can I say am Amazing Cattery , Mika is such a nervous cat , he is so well cared for and he always comes home happy and relaxed.
