Thank you so much to Janet and Wayne for looking after Archie for two weeks. He had only been in a cattery once before, which was not a good experience. So we were a little hesitant in leaving him anywhere.However having met Janet when she showed us around, we were completely reassured by her friendliness and professionalism. Not to mention the wonderful facilities on offer for our feline family member. The cattery is warm, spacious, clean (very clean) with no unpleasant odours and any dietary requirements are carried out at your request. Archie was happy and healthy when we collected him and so we booked his next stay (with confidence) whilst we were there. A huge thank you to Janet and Wayne.

I am not in the habit of recommending or reviewing places, I felt I had to in this case, I have never used a cattery before and I thought long and hard before choosing one, I visited several but decided on Purrfection, from the outset they were professional, putting me at ease, Rod was a little nervous but he had his bed sprayed with Feliway and settled almost immediately, I got text messages from him to say he was settled and was eating well and that there was a lot going on to keep him entertained, this certainly put my mind at rest. I picked him up today and he looks amazing, he has been very well cared for. Thank you so much for looking after him so well. There is no place like Purrfection.

I have just collected Jerome and as always he looks in great form. He was in the river suites this time, underfloor heating and now an outside run too, wonderful.!! He thoroughly enjoys it here, lots going on to keep them occupied. I asked whether there are plans for expansion as the cattery was full, No, came the reply. Can't blame them really, must be a lot of hard work behind the scenes - wonderful cattery and fabulous owners who really care.

Just picked up phoebe, shes had a wonderful two weeks holiday @ purrfection. Thanks to Janet and Wayne she really is looking forward to her next visit in 10 weeks time and shes that excited shes all ready booked !!!! june 2018 !!!!
It great to know she has 5 star treatment when we go away , well recommended !!

I was so apprehensive leaving my 4 precious Maine Coons in a cattery for the first time but how glad I am that we found Purrfection - I shall never be worried again. From the moment we turned up with them in their baskets and the way Wayne displayed his obvious affection for cats and showed his concern for their well-being I knew we had made the right choice.
Big Bear, Nawlins, Florentine and Queenie send happy purrs to both Wayne and Janet for their care and I look forward to the next holiday when I know they will be in such a happy, clean and secure *hotel* I may have to provide you with bigger litter trays though just so you don't have to clean up after them tipping them over!!

What a fab place this is, beautifully clean and fresh, obviously a lot of hard work goes on in the background. Arnie and Mia loved it, they were sat outside in the catio when I came to collect them, lots going on outside to keep them interested. Couldn't find fault with anything, trust me I looked.
