Just arrived back from collecting Bagpuss from Purrfection. Always clean, always warm than my own house and always looks like he doesn’t want to come home. Thank you and see you in February

First time using Purrfection Cattery. What was I worried about. Bobtail was so happy when I picked him up. The place is warmer than my house. I felt guilty bringing him home. Purrfection by name and definitely by nature. Tried to get in forChristmas but they are fully booked so make sure you get in early or you’ll end up at an inferiorCattery. Thanks Wayne and team. Moved to Longridge recently. Asked on Facebook for recommendations for a cattery, I was inundated with recommendations for Purrfection, toddled along, booked in, lovely cattery, very welcoming, lovely and clean.
I will let you know how we get on when Tiddles has had her holiday.

Never used a cattery before, looked around and came upon Purrfection, inside/outside spaces, beautifully clean, no smells, music playing in the background, one building with radiators the other building with underfloor heating, just fabulous for Pickles, booked her in for September, I will let you know how it goes

First time in a cattery for Mister, gosh I was so upset, I couldn’t get him out of his carrier, Wayne took over, out Mister came, straight into his bed purring and wanting tickles. I left him and rang the next day to see if he was ok.
No trouble at all, had his meals and sat outside sunning himself.
He was outside when I went to collect him, never used a cat flap before, he looked fabulous.
I will always use this cattery, you are the tops.

I was very nervous about leaving my three cats in a cattery as they had never stayed in one before. When I initially contacted Janet she offered me a visit to look around before I booked them in and on meeting her I immediately felt reassured. The cattery is so clean and well equipped though their own bedding and toys were allowed also.
I felt so upset to leave them but again Janet was so cheerful and interacted so well with them I did actually manage to go on holiday! I rang her the next day to check they were eating ok which they were of course.
It was wonderful to collect them a week later and seeing they had been so well cared for.
I wouldn't hesitate the next time they need to stay away from home. Thankyou so much.

First time in a cattery, it’s like taking your child to nursery, Lulu was an angel, dived into the food like she hadn’t eaten for days, then went outside to check it all out, the sheep were in the paddock watching her watching them, me in floods of tears, I couldn’t believe how she just settled in.
Came back to Lulu sitting outside, happy and contented. Well all I can say is these guys have the magic touch, booked for Christmas, amazing place.
