Just got home from holiday, filled in a report on my fantastic holiday and now its the catteries turn. What an absolutely amazing place. It is so clean, the NHS should inspect and learn some lessons. They fed my baby as i would at home, they provided toys as i had forgotten to bring any. In conclusion i have no hesitation in giving Purrfection 5* and echo every sentiment that has been said in previous posts. The only negative is that i will now have to book my holiday around the cattery as they are very busy. xxx

I called in to Purrfection to see whether I could book Lucy in for a trial couple of days as she has never been in a Cattery before, why was I worried? Lucy settled in really well I even got a text updating me on how Lucy was doing. My husband is thrilled, means we can now go away on holiday, we haven't been away since we have had Lucy, only 6 years !!!
Off to the Travel Agents now. Summer holiday here we come.

We all had a fabulous weekend with you last week. I speak on behalf of myself Pasha,and my brothers Ralph and Cecil. We felt it was like 'home from home'. The whole room was so warm, much better than our last cattery where it was very cold and they didn't care about us.
You even made a special electric plug for our heated bed and gave us the food we have at home :)

Lulu and Fifi have only been with us since October, so we were concerned about leaving them for 10 days and contemplated cancelling our trip until we visited Janet & Wayne. We simply fell in love with this cattery and knew that the girls would love it - And love it they did!

Leaving them was very difficult but a text message from them telling us what a great time they were having made all the difference to us enjoying our trip.

Fifi was a very nervous cat before staying with Janet & Wayne, but she has come home full of confidence and both girls seem to have had a wonderful time.

Thank you so much for your care and attention, we cannot thank you both enough for taking great care of our girls.

It is with great sadness that I post my last comment as we had to say our Goodbyes to our much loved & adored Cassie just before Christmas. I just want to thank you again for all the love and care you gave her all the times she stayed with you. Knowing how well she was looked after always made it easier for me to leave her. My holidays were made Purrfect knowing that Cassie's holidays were made even more Purrfect. She amazed me from the very 1st time she stayed with you, no sulking when we arrived home, not even once. Although it was a bit of a shock to his system being a first time, I could tell he was in good hands. He's a very special little cat because of his CH mobility problems but it was good to know he was being looked after so well.

Gosh it seems such a long time since we were here last, only August. We had a few days in the Lakes, rained, enjoyable though, Henry also enjoyed his holiday too.
I smiled at the other comment about this place being like toast with butter, couldn't agree more. Warm and cosy it certainly is.
