First time in a cattery for Mister, gosh I was so upset, I couldn’t get him out of his carrier, Wayne took over, out Mister came, straight into his bed purring and wanting tickles. I left him and rang the next day to see if he was ok.
No trouble at all, had his meals and sat outside sunning himself.
He was outside when I went to collect him, never used a cat flap before, he looked fabulous.
I will always use this cattery, you are the tops.

I was very nervous about leaving my three cats in a cattery as they had never stayed in one before. When I initially contacted Janet she offered me a visit to look around before I booked them in and on meeting her I immediately felt reassured. The cattery is so clean and well equipped though their own bedding and toys were allowed also.
I felt so upset to leave them but again Janet was so cheerful and interacted so well with them I did actually manage to go on holiday! I rang her the next day to check they were eating ok which they were of course.
It was wonderful to collect them a week later and seeing they had been so well cared for.
I wouldn't hesitate the next time they need to stay away from home. Thankyou so much.

First time in a cattery, it’s like taking your child to nursery, Lulu was an angel, dived into the food like she hadn’t eaten for days, then went outside to check it all out, the sheep were in the paddock watching her watching them, me in floods of tears, I couldn’t believe how she just settled in.
Came back to Lulu sitting outside, happy and contented. Well all I can say is these guys have the magic touch, booked for Christmas, amazing place.

We have brought Kitty here since last year. She loves it, I do blame Janet for cooking her chicken the first time Kitty went. ?? just picked her up again, she saw us and refused to come in, so, I can be assured Kitty likes it here. She always looks healthy, when she comes back. Especially after a bad experience before I discovered perfection.

Our babies stayed here for 10 nights whilst we went on holiday. Never used a Cattery before, this place is great, owners that are caring and couldn’t do enough for us.
My two are really fussy regarding their food, they had a varied diet and had a roast on Sunday, how good is that.
I love this place, coming again at Christmas.

Just picked up my cats from Purrfection. Fab place, spotlessly clean. It was obvious they had been well cared for. They had put on weight and were very content. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

First time in a Cattery, what a brilliant place this is, my kitty’s were terrified as I was, I was assured by both Wayne and Janet that they would settle in within a couple of hours, and they did, coming back to collect them, they were outside enjoying the sun, didn’t want to come in, their coats were shining, they looked so well. I have booked to go away again later in the year, booked the Cattery, wouldn’t go anywhere else, just fantastic.

Here we go again, 2nd lock down and our holiday is cancelled yet again.
Unfortunately I had to cancel the Cattery too, understandably I was embarrassed to call to cancel the booking, Wayne was so understanding, I offered to pay, he wouldn’t hear of it, thank you so much, you are a star.
We will be back in 2021.
