Upon arrival at Purrfection you will be required to fill out a registration form, which includes all emergency contacts and your cats personal details.

At this point we will need to see an up to date vaccination certificate as no cat will be   permitted entry into the cattery without one and request that flea treatments are carried out prior to arrival.

Unfortunately we are unable to board un-neutered male cats over the age of six months.

We strongly recommend your cat arrives into the cattery in an approved carrier, however, in the interests of disease control, we respectfully request that all cat carrying containers are taken home with you once your cat has been placed into their allocated room.

You are welcome and indeed encouraged to stay with your friend whilst they settle into their holiday chalet and of course you are welcome to bring any toys, blankets or other home comforts you feel they may require.

We ask that you adhere to your booking times or in the unlikely event that you are to be delayed, for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible to enable us to facilitate your requirements, and that of incoming guests.

Definite bookings should be made as early as possible to avoid disappointment
